What do we do?
We facilitate leadership development; building the capacity of leaders of organisations and their divisions and sub-divisions to lead, manage, administer and to know the difference between them. We find leadership to be distributed (enacted at all levels of an organisation) and situational (shaped by the context in which it takes place).
We facilitate process review and emergent change; guided journeys through the organisation from the perspective of internal and external users to determine where are the sticking points, the gaps, the duplication of effort and the points of failure or compromise. We have particular interest and experience of working with complex organisations, including multi-agency partnerships.
We can serve as a critical friend to an organisation; exploring in strict confidence those issues that limit success, recommending a range of solutions and developing people to be able to manage better.
